I think we are basically tribal people who have evolved from Stone Age environment to what we are today. Our main poragative is to mate and procreate and live in tribes of families, we should not live in little boxes on our own, should we? The western society has evolved so through globalisation. The Muslims thrive because they live and work together and breed a lot . I think as we have evolved we have become territorial as we know. Despite a lot of us living on our own we have found tribes through social groups where we feel a part of whether it be religious meeting, work, school, clubs, social media
I used to live in Hockley Essex and when I walked out my back door through the woods and farmers field I would come to Plumberow Mount which was an ancient burial ground I was happy walking through the woods and this area with my dog no social media in sight
The st Mary’s church I go to is 1300 years old and had a religious prescence since humanity realised religious belief . I should imagine being on Native American land to be a great feeling and sense of being one with the earth . We have lost our sense of togetherness with nature as civilisation has evolved into urban areas with towering blocks reaching higher into the sky, why is this ? To get nearer to God? I think humans had more six sense like animals before all this so called civilisation evolved and technology took over our lives
